Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at karen@jazzandcocreations.com.

What does "handmade" mean for your products?
Great question — we get this one a lot! All of our badge reel toppers, charms, and decorative elements are hand-assembled and hand-crafted by Karen right here in the US. Reel hardware components (the retractable mechanism and clip) are quality-sourced parts — the same components used by professional badge reel makers. What makes our reels unique is the handcrafted topper and the care that goes into every single one. No two are exactly alike.
Can I customize or personalize my badge reel?
Yes! Select products offer personalization options. Look for items marked as "personalized" in the product title. You'll be able to add your name, credentials, or specialty details during checkout. For fully custom orders not listed in the shop, reach out via our Contact page.
What size are the badge reels?
Our standard badge reels feature retractable cords that extend up to 24 inches — perfect for scanning your badge without removing it. XL badge reels are larger for easier gripping. Check each product listing for specific dimensions.
Will the clip damage my scrubs or clothing?
Our alligator clips are designed to grip securely without damaging fabric. They work great on scrub pockets, waistbands, lanyards, and even thicker materials like lab coats.
Do you take bulk or unit orders for hospitals and healthcare facilities?
Yes! We love working with hospitals, nursing schools, and healthcare facilities for bulk gift orders, appreciation events, and graduations. Contact us at karen@jazzandcocreations.com with your quantity, timeline, and what you're looking for and we'll get you a custom quote.
Hardware warranty
What is the 90-day hardware warranty?
All badge reels from Jazz & Co. Creations come with a 90-day hardware warranty. If the retractable mechanism or clip fails within 90 days of your purchase due to a manufacturing defect — not normal wear or accidental damage — we'll replace it. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take care of you.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original condition. To start a return, email us at karen@jazzandcocreations.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note: personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast, secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout, which encrypts all payment information. We never store your card details.
Gifts & bundles
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes! Just enter their shipping address at checkout. We don't include pricing information in packages, making them perfect for gifts.

Our Mystery Box includes 3 surprise badge reels featuring a mix of designs — think 90s nostalgia, specialty nurse themes, and sparkle. Each box is different, making it a fun surprise for yourself or a fellow nurse!
